Returns in Stradivarius.com are allways free of charge.
Returns can only be requested in the same country where purchase has been made.
Returns can be made within 30 days from date of purchase, the same of our stores.
Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding receipt. Underwear items, earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned nor exchanged.
If you prefer us to collect the items from your home, you can request a home pick-up service in your account. After verifying all the details, we will send a courier to collect your package within 24 hours (wherever possible). The courier will get in touch with you in order to arrange the service details. If the arranged date is not convenient for you, get in touch with them to change it.
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days, depending also on your bank.

Stradivarius.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
