You may request home delivery or store delivery in the countries where we have both the store network and the online shop, except for:
- San Marino, Liviano, Campione d«Italia and the waters of Lake Lugano for deliveries in Italy
- the Overseas Territories for deliveries in France
- Isle of Helgoland and the city of Büsingen for deliveries in Germany
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method::
- In store: delivery in 3 to 5 working days, free shipping. You will have 15 days to collect your order.
- At home:
- Standard: delivery in 2 to 3 working days
- Express: delivery in 24 to 48 hours (working days)
