1. The gift card (the Card) is valid for the purchase of products on sale at the stores and websites of the Inditex Group in Spain: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, Zara Home and Uterqüe; and at Kiddy's Class and Lefties stores (hereinafter, individually each of them, Establishment, and together, Establishments).
2. The card is owned by its issuer: Fashion Retail, S.A., with Tax ID no. A70301981, and address at Avda. de la Diputación s/n, Arteixo, A Coruña, being its bearer a mere depositary.
3. The unused Card will be accepted for return only at the Establishment where it was purchased and within the following time frames:
- the physical Card, within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for the Card purchased in a physical store and from the date of the shipping confirmation email for the Card purchased on websites.
- the virtual Card, within 30 calendar days from the date on which the Card is sent to the recipient of the Card.
The amount paid will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase. The original purchase receipt or e-receipt is fundamental in order to issue the refund, and the corresponding card and card transaction receipt in cases where a card was used. No returns will be accepted for Cards purchased in another market.
4. The Card cannot be paid for with another gift card or a voucher. The Card balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
5. When appropriate, refunds on products purchased with the Card will be made by increasing the Card’s available balance. However, if you do not provide the Card when the return is made, the refund will be made on a Voucher, the terms of which are:
The voucher will be valid for purchases only at the establishment where it is issued. Its balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. The Card will not be replaced in the event of theft, loss or damage.
The refund method is an essential condition and is therefore considered expressly accepted with the purchase and/or use of the Card.
6. The Card is a bearer document. Liability for their use and safekeeping rests solely with the holder. It will not be replaced in the event that it is stolen, misplaced or damaged, although the issuer reserves the right to replace it in the event of a change to its format.
7. A card that has been obtained via unlawful means shall be void; it cannot be used to purchase products and its value cannot be refunded.
8. In the case of a virtual Card purchase, we will not be liable for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the Card to its recipient for reasons beyond our control including, among others, (i) faults or collapse of telecommunications lines or systems, (ii) delayed transmission of information or data or loss of information or data that may occur for any of the circumstances mentioned in point (i), (iii) inaccurate data of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the purchaser of the Card, (iv) inability to deliver the Card to the e-mail account provided or (v) when the e-mail sent is considered as spam or unwanted mail.
9. The Card may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes except with the prior written authorisation of the Issuer.
10. The purchase and/or use of the Card entails full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which have been delivered at the time of purchasing the Card and are available at the Establishments.
